Certified by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in cyber counterterrorism and defense, Israel Martinez sits on boards with several prestigious organizations. Those groups include the National Cyber Security Council, Global International, and Advisory Boards including the Global Institute for Cyber Security Research at NASA/Kennedy Space Center, and the International Association of Certified ISAOs (IACI). Israel Martinez also is a full board member, board leadership fellow, and faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). These honors are the highest level of credentialing for cyber enterprise risk management.
In addition to his board work, Israel Martinez is chairman of Axon Global located in the Washington, D.C., area. In this position, he specializes in cyber counterterrorism intelligence and C-suite strategies. He is a former member of the information technology (IT) panel at Forbes where he shared IT strategy and insight pertaining to blogs and annual caucus.
Martinez recently received accolades for his work, including the U.S. Senatorial Medal of Freedom and the 2015 HITEC Top 100 technology influencer. He has published works pertaining to cyber security in the CIO Magazine, PR Newswire, and InfoWorld Magazine.

Deborah Kobza, CGEIT, JIEM serves in several capacities to support cyber resilience by advancing public/private cybersecurity partnerships. Trusted international collaborative initiatives include facilitating open dialogue, critical insight and thought exchange linking critical infrastructure stakeholders to define and deliver scalable, flexible and adaptable cybersecurity resilience solutions, share threat intelligence, coordinated response, and support adoption and adaption of cyber resilience best practice and education.
In addition to the Board of Directors and as Executive Director/CEO for the Global Manufacturing Cyber Governance Center and GM-ISAO, Deborah serves as President of the International Association of Certified ISAOs (IACI), and the Global Institute for Cybersecurity + Research (GICSR) at NASA/Kennedy Space Center, FL, and sits on several Boards of Directors for the Maritime & Port Security ISAO, National Credit Union ISAO, Air & Space ISAO, and National Election System ISAO.
Deborah has provided cybersecurity consulting services to US DHS since 2007 and serves on various cybersecurity working groups with US DHS, DoD, and private industry, including serving on the US DHS ISAO Standards Organization Leadership Committee and as Co-Chair of the ISAO Creation Working Group.
Mrs. Kobza founded and served as Executive Director/CEO from 2010 to 2015 of the National Health Information Sharing & Analysis Center (NH-ISAC) working in collaboration with US HHS. In collaboration with the FDA and the medical device community, Mrs. Kobza led NH-ISAC in supporting development of a Medical Device Cybersecurity Framework to address reporting and remediation of medical device vulnerabilities.
25+ years of experience includes strategic alignment of business and technology domains, governance, IV&V, quality assurance, cybersecurity, education, and development of public/private partnerships supporting leading practice applied research, adoption and sector/organizational adaptation.

Dr. Schroth is energetically engaged in the cutting-edge of global private sector cyber initiatives including areas of M&A cyber diligence, board policies for cyber risk and advanced cyber business strategy. He is a private confidant to Fortune 500 boards, executives, private equity firms, national professional associations and Economic and Trade Consular Offices. Richard is a full board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and member of the NACD Board Advisory Services where he leads strategy sessions with Boards on cyber and related risk issues around the world.
Former Senior United States Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Schroth was nominated as a Fellow in the American Academy of Arts and Sciences for his distinguished career and contributions as a thought leader in business, technology, and Cyber-Counter Intelligence. Dr. Richard Schroth received his Doctorate from Indiana University, a M.S. from the University of Illinois, post-bachelors work at Texas A&M and holds a B.S. from Western Illinois University. Dr. Schroth has been honored as The Distinguished Alumnus of all the universities where he has graduate.
